Kunal‘s experience in innovation, design thinking, user experience, business-led digital transformations, InsurTech and Enterprise Product Implementations spans 18 years and ranges from user experience design, business process transformations, new business development and pre-sales to full lifecycle core systems replacement, of which the past 12 years have been for P&C insurance carriers and their innovation groups leveraging leading technology platforms.
Most recently, Kunal advises the Innovation team of a Tier 1 national carrier, using EY's NexusTM ecosystem platform. The underpinning of this effort is a design thinking approach that embodies the philosophy of putting humans at the core of any product you envision building.
