Lesley Keefe

With more than 25 years of experience, Lesley is Ernst & Young LLP Wealth and Asset Management Executive Director and EY Americas Asset Management Consulting Leader.

She leads the consulting services for the asset management sector, insurance investment managers and asset servicers.

Lesley focuses on large, global firms and supports them in optimizing their investment management, operations and accounting. She also helps distribution organizations by aligning their operating model strategy and infrastructure investments with product, channel and client strategies. 

Along with her team, she has assisted firms with their strategic operating models and designs across enterprises. She has also been instrumental in helping them with product and pricing strategies, technology transformations, platform conversions, investment operations and investment accounting outsource provider selections.

Lesley earned a BS in Business Administration degree in Finance from Boston University’s School of Management and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
