Lukas is the EY-Parthenon US Deal Finance Leader for Strategy and Transactions. In this role, he advises Fortune 500 companies’ executives on their most complex transactions, transformations and restructurings, and he consults with private equity firms on their buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Before joining EY-Parthenon, Lukas was a partner with another Big Four firm. He started his career in the finance organization of a Fortune 100 consumer products company. Lukas has led four of the 10 largest M&A transactions ever, enabling a combined $12b+ synergy realization.
He has a PhD in Statistics and an MBA from the Vienna University of Economics.
