Luke is EY Asia-Pacific Private Equity Leader and CEO of Ernst & Young Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. in Singapore.
He has led many M&A and fundraising transactions for strategic and private capital investors. His work includes M&A advisory for both the buy and sell sides. Most of these transactions involve listed and private companies across Southeast Asia.
Luke also focuses across the private equity (PE) lifecycle, helping PE firms to invest in new companies, working with portfolio companies in their growth ambitions and helping PE funds to exit.
Luke is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and licensed to advise on corporate finance by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
