Marc Siegel is a Global FAAS Leader specializing in corporate and ESG reporting. With 25 years of experience in audit, buy-side research, and policy, he has helped clients reimagine corporate reporting as a vehicle of communication, instead of a compliance exercise.
In January 2019, Marc became a SASB Board member. As a former FASB member, he was instrumental in financial statement presentation, financial performance reporting, and disclosure framework. He was also involved globally with the IASB, Enhanced Disclosures Task Force, International Integrated Reporting Council, and the Corporate Reporting Dialogue.
