How Nicola is building a better working world
Nicola is an EY boomerang who returned to EY to be a female role model and drive greater diversity for the next generation. She works to be the role model she didn’t have in her first stint with EY and be part of driving change further and faster. As a working mother in a dual-career family, Nicola shares how she makes it work and the times she hasn’t made it work. In scaling the finance competency, she wants to focus on a 50-50 gender balance across all levels, especially female attrition at the manager grade.
