Permenthri is a government transformation leader with experience in programs of national significance from working in the public participation program in writing of South Africa’s democratic constitution through to digital transformation in government in Australia.
She is a leader focused on building long-term relationships with clients and developing the next generation of talented leaders, and is passionate about equality, justice, and diversity and inclusion in our society.
Permenthri combines her business skills through her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Kwazulu-Natal in South Africa and her deep industry experience in consulting to government over a 20-year period in South Africa, New Zealand and Australia, with a passion for making a difference. She has also been a judge on the Institute of Public Administration Australia panel for the Prime Minister's Award for Excellence in Public Sector.
