Regina is the EY Americas Strategy and Transactions Oil & Gas and Chemicals Leader, and is a dedicated member of the Americas Sell and Separate team. With over 25 years of professional experience in the private, public and regulatory sectors, Regina advises clients on the entire carve-out process in connection with tax free spins, initial public offerings and M&A transactions.
Regina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston and is a CPA in New York and Texas.
