With over 25 years of experience advising industrial and private equity clients in mergers and acquisitions, Rocío is the EY EMEIA International Tax and Transaction Services Leader and Transaction Tax Advisory Competency Leader.

Recognized as one of the leading tax professionals in Spain, she lectures at Instituto de Empresa and frequently publishes books, articles and collaborations in specialized publications.

She holds a master’s degree in Business, Trade and Tax Law from Instituto de Empresa and a BCom in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
