Rocío Reyero oversees the entirety of EY EMEIA Tax, leading 30,000 people across approximately 80 countries.
Rocío has over 25 years’ experience in tax due diligence and tax structuring services in large and complex transactions especially in the private equity and power and utilities sectors.
Most recently, Rocío led the Tax service in Europe West. Prior to this, she held leadership roles in EY EMEIA and EY Global International Tax and Transaction Services, where she played a pivotal role in the successful combination of the Transaction Tax and International Tax Service. She has also held the EY Global Tax Power and Utilities Leader role.
Recognized by Chambers as one of the leading tax professionals in Spain, Rocío holds a Master’s degree in Business, Trade and Tax Law from Instituto de Empresa where she also lectures, and a BCom in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
