With over 20 years of experience helping multinational organizations drive governance transformation and operational efficiencies, Seth leads the EY Americas Legal Managed services.
Serving a wide range of clients from Fortune 50 companies to tech start-ups, he implemented and led a wide range of projects including transaction readiness, governance controls, process and technology automation, robotics, contract management, and analytics.
Seth earned a JD from Saint John’s University School of Law and a BA in History from Vassar College.
