Tim leads the EY Americas Private Equity (PE) practice, supporting PE funds and their portfolios in deploying capital, refining exit strategies and helping create stakeholder value.
Tim most recently served as an EY Global Client Service Partner, advising some of our largest clients. His over 30 years of experience includes IPOs, buy- and sell-side transactions, value creation and corporate governance.
Previously, Tim served as the EY US East Region Assurance Managing Partner and as Managing Partner in the Iselin, New Jersey, office.
He received his BA from Rider University and co-chairs its Accounting Advisory Council. Based in metro New York, Tim is a CPA licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, and a member of the AICPA and the New Jersey State Society of CPAs.
Tim is a founding member of Ownership Works, a not-for-profit with more than 20 PE firms dedicated to bridging the wealth gap through employee ownership.
