Vaida is the EY Global Accounting Compliance & Reporting (ACR) Leader.
Vaida currently leads a team of EY professionals in more than 160 countries who are focused on helping deliver value to EY clients through innovative finance and accounting operating models, technology and finance managed services capabilities across financial accounting, reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury and other complex, high impact areas of Finance and Accounting.
As the former ACR and Global Operations Leader in EY Asia-Pacific (APAC), Vaida expanded the APAC accounting and compliance business, building and growing teams both onshore and in Global Delivery Centers. Additionally, she was instrumental in helping implement new solutions, standards, and technology for ACR services.
Prior to her APAC role, Vaida set up and grew EY Global Compliance & Reporting services across 22 countries in Central and Southeast Europe.
Vaida holds an MBA from Vilnius University, specializing in Audit and Accounting.
