Vicky is a Partner at EY leading and delivering complex global finance transformation across the Insurance Sector and is one of EY’s global IFRS 17 transformation leads.

She covers the design and implementation of all aspects of the finance operating model. As a Qualified Accountant, her deep technical accounting and regulatory knowledge extends across all reporting metrics.

She leverages her industry experience as a Financial Controller to architect solutions and lead through complexity for her Global insurance clients with empathy and understanding.

Their evolution and continued transformation fundamental to this. I have committed my career to working with Insurance clients helping build better Finance functions. Supporting Finance to be the custodians of robust financial control for these giants. Just as important, my focus has also been to help Finance embrace the opportunity to become even better at supporting the business to navigate, anticipate and respond to this changing world therefore cementing long term growth and performance.
