How SHE Index will help you improve your Diversity & Inclusion work
EY and Women in Tech invite you to learn more about the SHE Index and how it can help you kickstart and/or improve your Diversity & Inclusion work.
We are happy to invite you to an interesting webcast about the SHE Index powered by EY. The index is a free tool that companies can use to measure, benchmark and improve gender equality and inclusion, and 25 companies have already joined, among them SPP, Swedbank, Telenor, Axfood, Volvo Cars, and Nordea.
During the webcast, we will describe what SHE Index is, what value it can bring and how to participate. We will also give you information about EY’s broader Diversity & Inclusion work, such as the Gender Pay Gap Report, and Josefine Boqvist from Telia will share her thoughts and reflections on the pay gaps between genders.
