EY-ISB Executive Program on Board Effectiveness for women
EY has collaborated with the Indian School of Business to prepare high-potential women leaders for an effective presence as a new or first-time director of the Board. The program comprises sessions that combine industry expertise with research-focused academic knowledge. Following the success of the first three cohorts, the fourth cohort is now ready to launch.
Positioning yourself as an effective board memberrequires significant preparation—especially for those who have never served as a director before. This board readiness program is designed to recognize the excellence women bring to the boardroom and further strengthen their capabilities.
