Climate change has harmed the globe with droughts and water shortages, challenging developers and everyday citizens to minimize their impact on the environment. It’s a global problem with no overarching solution, but Eric Olsen is working to create a sustainable planet as CEO of Aliaxis. 

Aliaxis designs easy-to-install and innovative fluid management solutions to address the world’s water challenges and accelerate the transition to clean energy. With customers in more than 40 countries, the company supplies pipe and fittings systems to the building, infrastructure, industrial and agriculture sectors. 

Originally from Chicago, Eric has worked in leadership positions in Europe for the past 16 years, which has helped him to lead with an open mind and have a clear understanding of what matters across different cultures. He believes in providing his workforce with direction, motivation and purpose so they believe in what they are doing and feel supported to tackle a generation-defining challenge. Designing that compelling vision for the future while inspiring teams to stand behind that vision is how he drives change.
