Comment Letter - SEC’s concept release on compensatory securities offerings and sales

In our comment letter, we recommend that the SEC simplify the financial statement disclosure requirements for private companies that issue equity compensation under the Rule 701 exemption from registration and more closely align them with the requirements for Regulation A offerings.
