Comment Letter - PCAOB second supplemental request for comment on proposal on audits involving other auditors

Overview

In our comment letter, we continued to support the PCAOB’s efforts to strengthen the requirements for the lead auditor in an audit involving other auditors. We also provided comments on aspects of the proposal that we believe could benefit from further clarification by the Board.
