David leads the EY Oceania Transaction Advisory Services team of 700 professionals in Australia and New Zealand. He is focused on supporting clients get the most from their capital agenda, throughout the lifecycle of transactions.
With more than 20 years of experience as a lead advisor in the infrastructure sector, he has advised clients on a broad range of transactions. He is a member of the Infrastructure Partnerships Australia (IPA) Advisory Board.
David has held roles in banking, project finance and corporate development with experience in Australia, Europe and North America.
When he joined EY in 2003, he was a founding member of the EY Oceania Infrastructure Advisory team in Transaction Advisory Services, and has led the team’s maturity and development as a key advisory partner in the region.
